It has a lovely 26 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 350 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor \- A 26 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, fireplace, etc. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 : bedroom with double bed (140×190) and south-facing view \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 2 : bedroom with two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside : \- A 350 m² enclosed garden with a beautiful view over the fields and hills. \- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Cour-Maugis sur Huisne, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities \- There are several walking routes in all directions from the village. \- The Perche greenway for walkers and cyclists runs alongside the Huisne and through the village, linking Alençon and Chartres. \- Horse-riding is also available. \- The most important heritage sites in the Perche region are within easy reach of the rental property. \- Sports facilities and cultural activities are available in the larger towns in the area, including Mortagne-au---- Perche, Rémalard, Bellême and Nogent-le-Rotrou. \- Tourist guides are left in the house to inform holidaymakers. Logement conforme à la description, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Un peu cru pour la saison ; le chauffage électrique ne suffit pas à ôter le côté cru à l'étage. Mais le soleil a permis d'aérer le logement et l'humidité est vite partie. Propreté impeccable . Nous avons magnifiquement bien dormi dans une literie extra ! linge de lit propre et en très bon état. Vaisselle en suffisance, bon fonctionnement de la cuisinière ; et l'eau est très rapidement chaude ! Détente assurée sur la terrasse bien aménagée on profite de ce bel écrin de verdure !
