There was a shower door missing in the bathroom so water got all over the floor. I reported it and they didn’t seem to know about it. It’s in a very busy traffic area.

overcharged any food or drink. Requested a taxi to go to the port of Miami, staff arranged with an Uber that was way overpriced. No question staff were were arranging for a kick back from the service
