"I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking decision."

"I booked this place because of the cleanliness ratings. VERY INACCURATE. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong urine odor. I also almost slipped on a slick substance in the bathroom. I tried to clean the toilet a bit, but the smell persisted. Eventually, I asked to be moved to a new room because the smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. The desk was unhelpful and indifferent. I was told there were no rooms left. There was no offer to send a cleaning crew or even inspect the room. I emphasized that the smell was terrible, and the front desk said, "Oh, I guess I'll have to make a note to management, that's all I can do to help you." This was said, but there was no attempt to get my name or room number, which made it very clear that no complaint would be filed. Eventually, I went back to my room after an unsuccessful attempt to relocate via the platform. After falling asleep, I woke up and noticed a weird substance on one of my pillows. I realized that the urine smell was coming from my sheets/bedding because they had not been changed or cleaned. Traumatizing. There was also hair everywhere, stains/spots, and food in the microwave. But URINE SCENTED SHEETS is the takeaway here."

"Frankly, I am quite worried about getting our deposit back, considering the horrendous state of the apartment and how thoroughly it was misrepresented.Not only was there mold, but there wasn't even sufficient fire and safety devices, which *should* be standard for any reputable company. Not to mention the questionable neighborhood. Scam."

"There were no vibrant colors. Walls were a dull dirty white. It showed beautiful barn door type coverings over French doors to patio, we had two different sets of curtains that did not go together. Was supposed to gave 2 bathrooms,one with tub/Shower, the other with shower. One full bathroom with a cockroach in the tub. Very disappointed."

"The house was so nice and clean with of plenty of room for a family! Teri was easy to work with and responded quickly if I had any questions! Location was great for our needs. I highly recommend."
