The room was clean and comfortable. Very good value. The location is close to Omaha without paying the big city prices. Will certainly stay here again when in the area.

Better options out there
Many negatives for this stay: 1) Two floors, no elevator
2)Wi-Fi not working 3) Checkin/out located in diner next door (no staff in the hotel overnight) 4)Parking lot full (almost no-one staying at the hotel) 5) I was double charged for the night (took four phone calls to get credited) 6) No grab bars in shower
The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The housekeeping staff here are fantastic. They work so hard all day and into the night. I received such great service from Molly and Kim.
The check in and check out process leaves a little to be desired. Not very friendly on either end.
The room was very clean and smelled nice upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs if you happen to be on the second floor as we were. Check in is at the diner next-door. There is no coffee pot in the room. You have to go next-door and it is not complementary just FYI but there is also McDonald’s very close by. They do have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room.

No frills - but clean and comfortable!
No frills, but relatively clean and comfortable.
We were visiting family nearby and needed a place to stay for the night. For the price, it's not bad.
They have a unique practice of having you check in at the diner across the parking lot. The staff were very friendly. The diner is super cute and has decent food. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only qualms we had were that the TV is really small, the bed doesn't have an actual comforter, just sheets and a very thin top blanket, and our showerhead was broken - the water just kind of all gushed out around where it should have been sealed in the middle...but it still made for a nice shower....just really intense water pressure.
As long as they keep their prices low and the quality of their cleanliness up, we'll stay here again in the future when we're in the area.

We were glad this was only a one night stay. This is a hotel that has a contract with the railroad so I would not recommend it for a long stay.
No coffee maker in room. No extra blankets or pillows.

Elderly people should be given a room on the first floor. My 74 year old husband fell down the flight of stairs leaving the building. Rome were clean but musty and carpet needed cleaning very badly. I didn’t like not having a menu at the diner and not having a front desk in hotel
What’s worse than being directed to check in at an understaffed restaurant, with a complaining waitress only to be handed a pass key that doesn’t work (2x in a row) for a bare room with thin sheets and no blankets and upon request for accountability being told it’s all managements fault and they can’t do anything about it? Maybe the motel from hell?
Stayed for 6 nights. New computer system. Room cards would not stay charged. Had to get them re-keyed at least 5 times. Facility is old and run down, but clean. However, no one ever came to clean the room or change the sheets. Fortunately, we are not pigs.We used several plastic shopping bags to collect our trash and recyclables.

The property is understaffed; had to go to the restaurant next door to register, then we were told the room needed to be cleaned and had to wait 30 minutes. We were told to wait in our car until the room was cleaned and they woukd come to our car and notify us. Once the room was cleaned we then registered and we were told the computer server was down and our registration could not be processed. We asked if we could have the room key and at checkout in the morning we would finish the registration process. They said yes. The whole thing was weird and unprofessional. The same person who worked at the restaurant cleaned the room and handled the registration. One person was doing it all! It felt unsafe and had it not been so late we would have asked for a refund, but then the server was down too. I expected better service from a hotel associated with Expedia. The room was clean and the hotel itself was clean, but the parking lot area and entry way was creepy and dark.
I was traveling with my Kids. There was an Ortho bug sprayer outside spraying for something when we arrived. We came through the front door and were met with a strong chlorine smell and dampness in the air. As we walked to your room on the first floor there was a thick dampness in the air and the hotel was running dehumidifiers in the hallways. When we finally got to our room we had a strong Urine and Body Odor smell that only got worse the longer we were there. We couldn't stand the smell and I refused to have my kids stay the night in a damp, smelly, and unclean hotel so we went to a different hotel in the town.

It was fine for what it is, a railroad crews place to stay when they tie up for the day. Everyone was quiet and courteous. The dining place has good food, clean place and a bit of nostalgia to boot. I have stayed in places like this before when I worked for the Railroad. It was very quiet for sleeping. Everyone was respectful in that they all knew there could be people sleeping at all hours.

Not to much to like. One person on in check-in, looking after a restaurant and checking you in. I know, shortage of staff. It was far to noisy. Rail tracks near by. Trains passing during the night blowing their horns.
This is the MOST charming and quaint places you will ever see!! Our cottage was VERY CLEAN!! Everything was ready for us when we arrived and we were able to just relax! There is a front porch with chairs for sitting in the evening, we had a small kitchenette and an extra bedroom!!! If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean and very reasonable place in the Pinedale area, do not hesitate to stay here!!
Was upsetting when i tried to call you direct and make a reservation. Was told matter of factly that you dont take reservations.
Fist come first serve. Wasnt told i could do it online. Had to figure that out on my own. We liked the accomidations. Only friendly staff was the cleaning lady, everyone else acted like we were bothering them. Our room/building key quit working and it took 15 mins for someone to help us. We were sorry to see how downhill the overall experience has gone.
