Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room. Small, landscaped, enclosed, and private courtyard with garden furniture. In July and August, upon request from the owner and depending on the weather: private land on the banks of the Charente River for fishing and picnicking, approximately 2 km away, shared with the other gîte. 4 bicycles available upon reservation, including 1 equipped with a baby seat. Bed linen and towels rental upon request. Baby equipment upon request: crib, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, bathtub, potty. Regular cleaning is available during the stay.
