This 380 m² building is located on a landscaped and wooded plot of 3,000 m² in a natural area; This property is located along a footpath called "Les Chemins Creuses" (Sunken Paths); this site is ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation.
The countryside at the edge of the city, 10 minutes from the TGV train station and 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The 6 bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large two-hundred-year-old lime tree.
For added decor and as a reminder of the site's history, we have preserved some elements of the past in the grounds (antique cart, apple press, and benches reconstructed from old timber beams, etc.). A large bedroom on the ground floor has its own private accessible bathroom.
