The staff were great!

Nice and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast included which is nice but it would be better if the menus can change a little bit. We stayed 4 days we eat the same food every morning. The hotel is located in a tourist area which is great!

Property is very nice in a great location. I booked two rooms for myself and another couple. Booked two king bed rooms and only received one king and one queen. They said they could possibly move us into a king in a day or so, did not happen. Not sure if this is an Expedia problem or the hotel. Booking clearly stated each room was to have a king. Very nice hotel other than this problem.

The first room we were offered stank of stale smoke! After complaining we were offered another room next door, which was fine. Rooms were large and a very comfy bed. The desk staff were fine, but one of the Door men was about as miserable as you can get! Sandra, the concierge was wonderful, helpful and friendly. the roof top area is OK, but think they should replenish the coffee pots more regularly, tasted stale. The sauna and jacuzzi areas were nice and well stocked. Our first night we turned right out of the hotel and in 5 minutes were in the middle of homeless land, full of druggies and gangs of very intimidating people. I wish we had been warned of this by the hotel, it was pretty scary! But turn left or go straight over towards Union Square and its a different world!

Overall quite good hotel for family stay

We enjoyed talking to the staff, very friendly. Very clean rooms, gym could use a little wiping down on machine handles a little sticky. Loved the stay, one comment would be nice to have had blackout shades because the lights outside the room were coming in from the garden area and prefer darker sleeping conditions. I do recommend staying here though.
