From the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a mistake booking this hotel. The front desk person was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me, I waited for about 5 minutes, then he put the phone on the counter and asked for my ID. He didn't apologize just took my id, copied it and printed a receipt. I asked for a handicap room bc I had my 87 year old disabled Mother. He said no. I asked why he copied my ID and he pointed to something on the paper. I told him I am uncomfortable with that, nothing He assigned a room that was at the far end of the hall, my mother has to walk a distance and there was a empty marked handicapped room closer to the elevator. Once in the room, there was a bottle of cleaning fluid on the counter in the bathroom, no towels, soap or tissues and a half of roll of toilet paper. The carpet was soaked closest to the air conditioner. I went downstairs and told him that the room was missing things and asked for towels- he gave me 2 ragged towels. We had been traveling for 8 hours and had no other place to stay, if it was daylight I would have left. In the morning we headed downstairs for the "free breakfast". The juice was out of order, there was NO breakfast food, just bread, and 2 containers of cereal. The wasn't any coffee and no bowls for the cereal even if we wanted to eat. No one was at the desk, but there was a basket of fruit in the back on the floor. What kind of place is this? I want a refund- this is not a place for Wyndham name

The hotel is centrally located, easy to find. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was just what was needed, not use to the Georgia heat. All the amenities were easily assessable. The price was great. The building was quiet, easy to rest. We were there for several days, enjoyed every minute of it. I’m not a morning person, so I missed out on breakfast, but if and when I’m through Tifton again, I will most def be staying at La Quinta Inns and Suites.

Quiet. Comfortable beds. Only problem was bathroom door would not stay shut and unable to lock.

Signage into parking lot was non existent (for night arrival), checked-in online but at arrival, no one at desk. Figured all I needed was a signature and room key handed to me. Staff member acted like she'd never used the computer to find my reservation so took almost 10 minutes before I could go to my room, even with online check in. There was NO mention of wifi password or hours of breakfast. Poor people and service skills. Their breakfast is a "to go", so free but bare bones. Coffee was just "meh". Upon checkout, same "back in 5 minutes" sign was at unstaffed front desk. Good value, clean room and fairly quiet but service was non-existant. Bed was very firm, no topper. One night was enough

I wasn't aware of the 2 pet limit at this specific Motel 6. I have 3 Maltese pups under 10 lbs each. I asked to have a room close to the parking lot. He put me across the courtyard. My dogs were barking in the car. I took some things to the room. Indian Nick looked in my car. He stopped me and wanted me to pay an additional pet fee. It was 11 pm and I had been driving All day. I pleaded with him to give me a break. I hadn't had any problems at the previous 3 Motel 6 establishments. One f the Motel 6 i stayed at I had to walk by the front desk with all 3 dogs several times. Indian Nick told me he couldn't let me slide. That he was losing money. I told him I wasn't going to stay, so he was going to lose all the money. I have never had a good experience with foreigners from this country. I prefer them on the phone so I can hang up. They sure do like their 7-11's and Motels. I would not return to this location.
