  • Renovated home in peaceful downtown Cotter. Walking distance to the river and Big Spring Park. Best outdoor area in all of Cotter! 200 Ft of string lights make for peaceful evenings on the deck! Wonderful outdoor spaces include: fire area, lots of outdoor seating, large deck, gas grill, covered parking for 2 cars, and lots of string lights for evening enjoyment! Inside the home boasts an up-dated dine-in kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms, and laundry. Located on a beautiful street with great neighbors. Property is pet friendly but limited to dogs weighing 35 pounds or less. $50 nonrefundable pet fee will apply and pets should be declared at booking.
