Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid. Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

I’ve emailed before asking for an arrangement on rates a few times, no reply. And the room door frames are rusty. Toilet had a smell. Lot of renovation in lobby. But super good location. Cannot beat the location. And reception staffs were nice.
