I have stayed here multiple times due to the affordability for the location. I just have never liked that I have always had to pay for parking and their parking lot is always 50% empty.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, it was very hard to find the location because there is construction outside. When I finally found the place, there was one person at the desk who was extremely rude and condescending. She made fun of the way I spoke (mimicked me). I was in shock. I had already prepaid for the hotel so I didn't know what to do. I figured I would let it go since it's one night. I asked about parking - she said can't give me parking until I checked in. So I checked in and then after I paid for parking - she said she didn't have anymore key cards to the parking garage. She told me that every time I would need to go in or out of the garage I would need to come into the hotel and tell them and they would meet me at the garage (!) I asked politely how does this work if there's only one person at the desk. and where do I park to call you to help me with the garage (since there's no parking - only construction - outside the hotel). That set her off in an angry tirade. I was afraid for my safety at this hotel with this person in charge. I called my friend that I was meeting - she came over a few minutes later and I told her what happened. We checked the room - which had an intense chemical odor - can't breath. She refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to refund. It was such a twilight zone experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.

The hotel is very clean, and all areas are well maintained. I appreciate that they do not service the rooms daily—if that helps them provide other amenities, it’s a fair trade‑off. They do pick up the trash every day, which is helpful. The only minor housekeeping issue was that we ran out of body wash after the first day, so it was likely not full when we arrived. It wasn’t a problem since we brought our own, and I could have easily called to request more. The reception staff were courteous and provided clear directions to our room and the parking area. The parking structure is outside the hotel but extremely close, and there is a very convenient entrance when coming in from the garage. We paid $54 per night for our privileges. The hotel discloses this fee multiple times during the reservation process, so there were no surprises. Having a Starbucks on site is a plus. The included breakfast is simple—fruit, coffee, waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc.—but very helpful, especially when traveling with kids. The pizza restaurant on site is average, but it’s perfect when you need something quick for the kids without having to drive anywhere. We stayed during the FIFA World Cup matches, and the location was excellent for getting to SoFi Stadium. We booked transfers with VIP Tours, and they provided great service. Overall, I am very happy with the hotel. It’s not a five‑star property, but it is extremely convenient and offers excellent value. I would definitely return.
