The main living area includes a dining space, a lounge (TV, internet access), and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, you will find two attic bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). On the wooden terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area, you can enjoy a private container swimming pool (chlorine-treated, 1.4m deep and 5x2.50m, secured by a custom-made wooden enclosure extending from the terrace), open from June to the end of September. It will be ready for the 2025 season in June. The property includes several hectares of unfenced land. Charcoal barbecue and sun loungers are at your disposal. Private parking is available on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. Enjoy a stay combining heritage and tranquility. This charming, fully renovated cottage offers 80 m² of living space spread over several levels. Ideally located, this property allows you to discover the wonders of the region: Lascaux and its prehistoric treasures are just 20 minutes away, the medieval town of Sarlat is 35 minutes away, and the majestic Hautefort Castle is also within easy reach.
