"We enjoyed a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfy with a great beach across the street. Breakfast was good too. "

The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...
"This very clean one bedroom apartment is, maybe, 50m from the beach. Great shops, restaurants in the area. Wonderful surfing. Great walking on the promenade. Both the bed and fold out couch were very comfortable. There is no AC which would have been very hot for us Canadians if the weather had not cooled down. Thankfully there were a couple fans provided. Otherwise, a wonderful place and Philippe was a great host, responding to all our enquires quickly."
"Je tiens tout d abord à m excuser auprès d Olivier pour le désagrément causer par mes soins . Lors de mon séjour de 2 nuits j ai profité de la piscine. Suite à ma baignade j ai pris une douche et c'est là que j ai remarqué que mon short de bain était entrain de lâcher une couleur rose, qui a malheureusement tâcher le sol dr la douche et le tapis de bain blanc/ gris. J avoue que j ai omis de rendre compte à notre hôte de ma mésaventure.
