"The hotel is super comfortable, clean and welcoming as you’d expect with a four seasons hotel. The thing that really sets it apart is the service and the behaviour of the staff who could not have been more helpful and polite. "

"Read a lot of reviews before making the decision of staying at the Ritz-Carlton and I am 200% happy with our stay with 53rd floor lounge access.
The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila
My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now.
