Beautiful place managed by extremely helpful staff!

We booked this very last minute having been evacuated from our accommodation in Alfaix due to the wildfires. From arriving to leaving Eddie could not have been more helpful. The rooms, whilst not the most luxurious, were spotlessly clean with an excellent walk in shower/bathroom, fridge and very efficient air conditioning. It’s a bit of a trek up a steep slope from where we parked our car but the views from the roof terrace were worth it. Continental breakfast was good.

The decor always was a strange mix of classical and rather tacky gold painted mock baroc, some of it looking as if it had been knocked up by carpenters on set. - and it quite possibly was. The hotel was initially built for visit ing movie stars, and the current owners have preserved the signed photos of big names who stayed there 40 years ago while filming around Almeria. Luxury hotel just ten mins from small airport (with virtually no aircraft noise) Great staff and buffet food. No night life to speak off and little going on in the immediate surroundings. Great for just chilling out. Do note however that the advertised facilities for the pools areas (bar, snack bar etc) closed for the winter in the middle of September!,.

Very nice area and surroundings. It's your "oasis" in the middle of Cabo de Gata. Decoration, pool area and cleanliness were outstanding. Very quiet place, exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was really good. From walking around the area this really is the best hotel. We travelled as a couple so it was good that in the main families were at the beach hotel. Getting out of Almerimar on buses was nigh on impossible ... but we were ok with that. Everywhere was easy walking distance.

Room was small but adequate. Bed extremely comfortable especially the pillows. Shower excellent. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely reasonable choice and top quality ingredients. Hotel is very well placed and the staff were very helpful.

The apartment was basic, but clean and in a very good location. The towels had seen better days and definitely need replacing !!

Excellent hotel in a superb, old town location overlooking the Plaza de Constitucion - the old parliament building, Alcazaba in the distance and very close to the Cathedral. Very comfortable room, great bar/breakfast on top floor with panoramic views of the city and sea. Hotel is best reached by taxi as Self-parking is a maze of one-way streets away, albeit less than a 5 min walk! Highly recommend tapas at Jovellanos 16, a 2 min walk away...amazing!

Best hotel of my trip so far 13 hotels I’ve stayed in this is definitely the best garage to park bike good internet , clean room and amazing breakfast and bus stop out side to get to castle or beach or town centre.

This is the 4th time in 5 years that friends and I stayed at the Tryp Indalo and we have had no problems at all. The rooms are spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly.

Highly recommend! A warm and friendly welcome on arrival with the lady on reception opening the shop for us, out of hours, so we could buy provisions for our stay. Our mobile home for 2 people was clean and modern and had everything we could need. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the decking having some drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning sun. The restaurant was also value for money and again, the staff so welcoming.

Ideal location in the heart of the old town,close to restaurants,tapas bars ,museums and monuments. Locally the best tapas bars are just around the corner,such as Casa Puga, La Boheme,Nuevo Tiera......The town beach is a 30 min stroll away..... Breakfast at the hotel is continental style
