Excellent hotel

Pros: Location, quality of the food, helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff.
Location: Plenty to do in the vicinity: nice and vibrant town with seafront and many excellent restaurants, no need for a car if you stay in the vicinity.
The hotel is within a few steps of the seafront and 10mn walk from the centre of the town. In very good conditions and all the staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. Will definitely go back again if I have a chance and would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel a bit removed from the city center

Pros: Clean, helpful staff
Cons: Bed was 2 twin beds pushed together so not the most comofrtable
Location: Shopping, eating
Required a small walk into town, but close the port of Sitges and many cafes and restaurants there.

Air conditioning barely adequate. For a hotel this nice and this size, the restaurants are unsatisfactory.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Bed linens great Bike rentals great Very near ocean
Cons: Be sure all mood on tile cracks is cleaned very well
Location: Sitges is lovely. Beaches are very near Took train to Barcelona from Sitges
Lobby beautiful. Great bed lines. Pool was ice cold and only open at 10am. Would have liked to swim early morning. Sitges is lovely with the old city. Fifteen minute walk to train to Barcelona. Bike rentals in hotel great.

Excellent experience.

The hotel was an excellent experience. The front desk staff, Colette and Esther, were excellent and very helpful. They were very attentive and made an effort to ensure that we were satisfied. The fitness center was excellent and pretty comprehensive, amidst having to pay a nominal amount for the use of it. Overall an excellent hotel which I would use again.

Back after 12 years

The refurbishment of the hotel since my original stay was a nice surprise. Sea/pool rooms are great and spacious. Breakfast is good too and the pool area spacious. I did not like the two separate beds in the room and the €9 fee for daily visit to the gym. It should be free for guests.

Nice hotel quite close to the beach

Pros: nice pool though the garden was a bit small if the hotel was busy, and finding loungers with shade can be a problem. good alternative to the beach
Cons: When busy the staff in the restaurant at breakfast struggle to cope with the demand, but at less busy times very pleasant. Air con needs upgrading .
Location: Out of town location and a bit uphill on the way back if walking but taxis are easy to find
Very pleasant hotel, a bit dated but has obviously had a more boutique style makeover recently. The aiconditioning in the room wasn't really adequate. It was hot and humid this week and the rooms didn't cool down in the evening. We had water dripping through the light fittings one night when we came home, which was attended too promptly. I think maintenance staff are called on a lot to sort these sort of problems. We weren't aware that there would be a charge to use the gym, our fault probably for not reading the " small print" but 9 euros per session is a bit steep, especially if all you want to use is the cross trainer/rowing machine, rather than a full gym session. 6 nights at 18 euros is the equivalent of a months membership at a premium club at home.

The hotel is a little way out of town but in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance. The hotel itself was great, good quality clean rooms and excellent service from the staff.
