Cospicua, along with Birgu and Senglea, it is one of the Three Cities, located within the Grand Harbour to the east of the capital city Valletta. The city capital can be easily reached by ferry. Restaurants and bar are in the vicinity.
    The penthouse is located at the 6th floor of a traditional lime stone building served by elevator (up to the 5th floor, the last floor can be reached just by stairs).
