Other things to note The property has just been completely refurbished but all the original heritage features have been kept and painstakingly restored. The main room has high noble ceilings, with beautiful ceiling slabs and iron beams all set within a minimal industrial style design compatible with the port and harbour atmosphere that lies outside. The amazing hustle and bustle of the Harbour and Shipyard is there right in front of you. At times during normal working hours, this interesting activity can generate some noise.
