Room was very clean, but very outdated. There was a stench of sewage all throughout the resort for the whole time we were there. The bar was good and the drinks were OK. Staff was very dismissive. Check-in was horrible. We were already late and the rooms were still not ready. no one tells you that when you get the all-inclusive that included is only one restaurant and the rest of the time you have to depend on the buffet or pay more money per restaurant. Buffet options are pretty much the same everyday and not very good. For the price we paid we can go to the hard rock, there wasn’t even room service.
