    stayed here for the weekend for my daughters graduation from cortland. It was perfect to say the least ! Will definitely be coming back for some skiing! cabin was clean and stocked, communication was easy.. Love this place!!

    Had a blast!

    Our family had an amazing time staying at Mackenzie’s cabin. It was super cute, cozy, clean, and very close to Greek Peak where you can enjoy their amenities. The cabin was also equipped with some essentials that were very much appreciated. Overall, we had a good time here and thank Mackenzie for being a great host!

    Great Cabin Stay

    The property was perfect for our recent visit to Greek Peak.It was bitterly cold weather, and the cabin was a pleasant retreat. Great heating, and well insulated.The cabin had all the amenities that we needed. It felt more like a hotel with the coffee making facilities, towels, soaps, shampoos, and even some bonus games to play.

    Adorable cabin in the woods

    Very cute,and comfortable cabin with just the right amount of amenities. Although our trip to the area was for a somber reason, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and the setting was peaceful. It was a great place to reset and recharge.

    Cozy cabin

    The cabin was very cozy, clean and very warm. Perfect for our short stay. The only issue we had was no hot water to take a shower, I messaged the owner and she was very accommodating by giving us the ability to shower next door to one of the other vacant cabins. We were really appreciative of that.

    What a great cabin experience

    We’ve never stayed in a cabin with our daughter and Diana made sure we were very comfortable, even giving us extra pillows and a space heater in case we needed it. We will definitely stay here again!

    Best cortland stay

    We have stayed in Cortland many times for sport events and this trip was unbelievable due to Diana and our cabin. So clean, comfortable and accommodating. Won’t stay anywhere else when in the area!

    Quaint and cozy

    Quaint and cozy. Close to town and our baseball fields. Loved the extra touches- fireplace and keurig. Thanks for having us, we will be booking here again for future tournaments.

    Country Retreat

    We loved this place-I cannot say enough, how enjoyable our stay was. The cabin was clean and supplied with high quality mattresses and bedding. The natural scenery is breathtaking. The adjacent road is well away from the cabins and lightly traveled so you truly could enjoy the quiet and sounds of nature.

    We love this place. It’s our first time to try cabin stay and it did not disappoint one bit. The place has everything you would need for a stay. Love it that they don’t have television, retreat from the noise of the city. We will definitely recommend and come back ❤️❤️❤️ to Mackenzie’s Creations!     Charming cabin

    We were in the area for a baseball tournament and found the perfect location. The property was well-maintained and clean and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We were minutes away from the sports complex. The property was private and remote, but we were so close to everything. We are already hoping we play there again next year so we can stay in the cabin again.!

    A hidden underrated gem!

    Loved this stay! I have zero regrets at not staying at the lodge and neither do my children! Amenities at Hope Lodge still avail such as restaurants, game room, waterpark and shuttle! Proximity to mountain was perfect! The cabin and attention to detail, along with Dianne’s kindness, exceeded any expectations. The kids loved the games and wanted to take the beds home with us! Thank you! We ll be back!

    My family of 6 stayed here this past weekend and it was one of our best family vacations to date. The cabin itself was even better in person then the website photos and the host was so friendly and accommodating for our big family and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know about the cabin and the weather outside. Greek n Peak is less than a 3 minute drive and we could even see the lights from the slopes from our front porch. It’s the perfect spot with so many things to do around you! We already booked our trip back for next year and are already counting down the days! This is a hidden little gem and you would be crazy not to stay here! HIGHLY recommend!!

    Fantastic Getaway!

    Just want to start off with the only heads up I have: The water is smelly of sulfur, so showers leave you feeling unfulfilled. If you can get past that, this cabin is BEAUTIFUL! So clean, so comfy, and our host even supplied complimentary coffee and bottled water. The whole cabin is so cute, and even though it's in the woods, it's kept extremely clean and bug-free. The electric fireplace heats up the cabin nicely too. This was the perfect stay for visiting Greek Peak nearby (2 min drive away).

    Cozy Cabin Indeed!

    This is our second stay at the cabins and loved it every bit as much at the first one in the fall. Very different this time in snow covered, sub-freezing conditions but the cabin was just as inviting, - very clean and plenty of room for our family of four. We were impressed that the cabin received a new HVAC system and a new memory foam mattress since our last visit. Combine that with the fleece sheets and it made for a very cozy and comfortable stay. We took a couple nice walks up into the woods on trails that connect to the property and our boys enjoyed skiing at Greek Peak which is less than a mile down the road. Diana was a fantastic host with great communication.

    Family reunion at greek peak

    This is a very 1st time that we did this alternative lodging. We have always stayed in hotels and motels. This experience far surpassed any lodging that we've ever used and we've stayed at the best of the best. The host was very responsive every question any concern was answered and answered immediately. The cabin was immaculate and I mean immaculate! From the bed's being so comfortable to the fresh clean linen's.. the huge thick towels... just everything. I truly wish that I could give this 100 star rating. We will definitely stay again and would HIGHLY recommend this property and this AMAZING HOST!!!!

    This is an excellent place to stay, very quiet and the grounds are well kept. The cabins themselves are extremely clean and very cute and cozy and in a very convenient location not too far from waterfalls and hiking trails or even Greek peek which is right next door. The Host Dianna is very friendly, caring and accommodating. Anything you need she will be happy to help. But, if you are booking through Expedia or any 3rd or 4th party app be aware they don’t tell her much which is not her fault or fair to her. So make sure you have her number or a way to contact her cause check in could be a little confusing if you don’t. But otherwise an amazing place to stay and I can’t wait to return.
