"This is an amazing wellness spa/resort. The landscape is beautiful and everything about this place speaks peace. From the two pool (one is indoor) to the restaurant and the friendly staff, Chamonix is a the perfect place for a retreat. My room had balcony and from there we could see the outstanding views even in a rainy day. The restaurant and the massage services are fantastic. I can't wait to go back. "

"Nunca pude hospedarme por la reserva de 6 dias que hice atraves de hoteles. Llegue y no habia reservacion. Por suerte en la posada tenian las primeras 3 noches con disponibilidad, nos hicieron un precio especial y nos quedamos 3 dias arreglando directamente con ellos. "Very quiet, private property. Easy walking to 'downtown' area and even to the Oktoberfest grounds. Walking home late at night was not an issue. Felt secure. Secure parking and we were able to come and go as we pleased. Room was nicely appointed. Bed was VERY firm. Private balcony for morning sitting or evening relaxing. Hosts were very nice and accommodating although they spoke minimal English. My Spanish was also minimal so if you needed lots of advice or directions, this could be an issue...
