"Very very bad experiences. This hotel has another hotel about 2 - 3 Km far from this property. We confirmed all payments for our rooms & when we were there, the desk manager told not possible to arrange rooms for us due to room unavailability & we have to shift their that hotel, which is far from there. "M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained.
That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but a little more consideration for loyal customers would definitely be appreciated.

"This property has great potential.but needs lots of improvements like cleanliness in room,bathroom,food and surrounding area. Elevator needs completely overhaul,it is very old and it’s not even level landing area when we open the elevator,we have to take huge step either up or down.I would definitely come again if they improve these things."
