By booking, you agree to follow these house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: No Smoking • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. • A violation will result in a $500 fine. No Pets • Pets are not allowed on the property. If unauthorized pets are found: • A $500 penalty per pet will be charged. • An additional $200 cleaning fee will apply. • Your reservation may be immediately terminated without a refund.
