This beach house was very spacious and perfect for our large group of 14! We enjoyed all of the porches and also the large family room, kitchen and dining table. Not too far from the beach which was great! I would stay at this house again! Probably my favorite of many homes we have rented in the Corolla area. One minor downside wad the screen porch was sort of small and the screens were coming down from the doors. Also a few pieces of furniture were a bit worn. But overall a great house! ##### Karen C. The location is great, close to the beach and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The house itself is big and well equipped. And the property is nice too. The pool was too cold to use due to it being late in the season, but the hot tub was clean and nice. My only complaint is the deck needs some maintenance. Some of the posts are broken making it unsafe for children, and it was splintering in some areas. Very minor though considering the rest of the property was very nice. ##### Nicholas L. My party and I really enjoyed staying at this house. The beach and town were a quick walk/bike ride away. The area surrounding was lovely and scenic. The location was truly perfect. Pros: open kitchen, basketball hoop, hot tub and outdoor/deck space, tons of bathrooms, volleyball court, grill, kitchen stocked with tons of kitchen tools, towels for all guests and more. They even had someone come out and clean the pool after it rained which was an awesome perk! Probably our only cons were one of our party members got poison ivy while hanging out fetching a volleyball near the volleyball court. We also wished the pool was heated as it was a little cold to use in the 60-70 degree weather. Overall, a lovely property and great communication and support from the owner! In actuality it was somewhat shabby. Screens on one porch were falling out, the decking surrounding the house could use treatment and caused a few splinters on little feet, the dishwasher didn't consistently clean the dishes, the freezer leaked onto the kitchen floor, and then the tv was unusable Thursday on because it said the bill was unpaid.
