Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in large numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it. House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. The Family had a Great time. HOWEVER The Grill was a mess with rusty decaying grates, see picture taken AFTER scrubbing them for a while. We asked for them to be replaced, but to no avail. Someone just greased the Grill to cover the rust. Cable was out for the first day. We loved everything about this house- layout, dock with gazebo, nice beds, comfortable living room, plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen, paper and cleaning products supplied, elevator and location of home. The sunsets each night were spectacular.
