Sol Mates beautiful outdoor spaces create perfect spaces to spend quality time in the sun. A furnished porch, sun decks and pool area are great gathering spots for outdoor entertaining. The pool area features a 12X25 ft. private pool with a hot tub, dining table and gas grilling area nearby. Pool parties are made easy with Bluetooth speakers outside to easily connect to your favorite summer playlist.

The interior is just as impressive with beautiful coastal colors and décor featured throughout. The great room offers a comfortable living area, an open kitchen with rich cabinets and stainless steel appliances and a stylish dining area. A 55" LED Smart TV that features Smart-Hub, a multi-purpose entertainment and family center with apps such as Netflix, HBO Go and YouTube is available as well as a Playstation3 game console with Blue-ray and a generous DVD and video game collection to keep you entertained when you're not at the beach.

Enjoy a restful night's sleep in any one of the 5 attractive coastal bedrooms. Choose from 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 double twin bedroom and a kid's room with 2 bunk beds. Each room offers its own flat screen TV.
