The house was immaculate upon arrival - both inside and out. The king beds (2 of them) are super comfy. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and supplies. The elevator was handy for bringing groceries up to the kitchen. The walk to the beach took a couple minutes. You do climb some steps and have to walk over a dune, and then back down some steps to get on the beach, but the walk was not far at all. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The pool is on the smaller side and perfect for cooling off. It is not a diving pool, so be aware of that. This was out first trip to Corolla and the house made our vacation extra memorable. The pool was way too small, more of a big hot tub and 92 degree water in it. Elevator was a big help as was the early check in. Having a child under 2 I was nervous about traveling but this house made it easy! Stocked with all our necessities including a gate to block stairways, the owners made it easy for us to relax. Literally steps to the beach and it was great to ride our bikes to town so we didn’t have to worry about parking.
