No place to park and walk to the beach. House was dirty and dated. Had to throw away food because fridge didn’t get cold until two days later. Havac filters was clogged with dirt. Shower drain had hair in it and bathtub had hair on the sides. There were ants on the counter and oven door was broken. Carpets were dirty. Had to call and have them come and clean them. It could be much much better with a good scrubbing and some TLC. Things like filthy, bug filled sliding door with handle that fell off.
