Welcome to MARINE LIFE OBX where you will enjoy coastal living on the oceanside of Hwy 12 in a new build model home, 2020\. Get your steps in on your 7 minute walk down the pristine trex pathway straight to Whalehead beach and the ocean. Located within walking distance to the wide, expansive, sought after, uncrowded Whalehead Beaches of Corolla. Meticulous, professional décor is all new, luxurious yet comfortable, including down sofa and chairs. Linen duvets in 2 masters. Spa robes provided in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, including large wine cooler, high end small and large appliances, including Keurig with Latte/Cappuccino, a Cafe drip coffee brewer and Ninja blenders. This “smart home” offers high speed wireless internet up to 400mps, wall-mounted flat and curved Smart televisions in all rooms including Outdoors to watch while grilling or soaking in the hot tub, and a child security alarm at the sliding door leading to the pool, electronic fireplace with led light ambiance, can be used with or without heat. Within 2 miles to grocery stores, dining, shopping, the Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Museums, Wild Horse Tours, and 2 miles to the 4x4 beach and local golf. Private Pool open March-November (weather permitting). \*Heated\* Pool available $35/night, Mar-June, Sept-Nov. Ground Level: On this level you will find a game room and a fourth bedroom. In the game room there’s a shuffleboard table, a mini-kitchen that is complete with a wet bar, full size refrigerator, ice maker, sink, small appliances including a Ninja blender and Single serve Keurig, drink and melamine dinner ware. The entertainment area consists of a curved smart screen TV, console containing games and puzzles, and a large sectional sofa. The fourth bedroom has two full-sized beds and a semi-private bath with a tiled shower and its own large smart tv. Outside the alarmed sliding glass door, relax and enjoy the 10 X 24 private pool or the spa/hot tub. The enclosed outdoor shower is also located in this fenced area. Also included is a Tiki Bar and many options for seating (polywood chairs and lounge chairs and an outdoor flat screen tv. Mid-Level: There are three master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large smart tv, as well as a deck and a full size GE washer and dryer. There is a king-sized bed in one bedroom and queen-sized beds in the other two. Top Level: An open great room with beautiful flooring, high ceilings, large curved screen TV, and an electric fireplace providing ambiance and heat, if needed. The open design of this level allows maximum views from each area. The seating area is open to the main deck which included an additional outdoor dining area protected from the elements within a screened in porch. The kitchen offers black stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large island with seating, custom cabinets and a walk in pantry. The dining area is spacious and beautiful. Rounding off this level is a half bath. Great quiet neighborhood, located near anything you could need. We encountered a cold snap for our stay, so beach time was sparse - but, our water play was plentiful thanks to the heated pool and hot tub! My son made it a point to be in the pool every day of our trip - loved it, and his first time in a hot tub! Pool and backyard was mostly private (neighbor on one side has visibility from their deck)...but very enjoyable and relaxing, to the point that we had to force ourselves to leave the property. We absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. While there we needed assistance with the hot tub, in less than 5 minutes they were there and assisted us. The heated pool was a nice addition as well. The area is quiet yet close to whatever you might want to do in Corolla. The communication with the owners is pretty much easy, getting into the home as well. Weather didn’t cooperate during our stay but the heated pool and hot tub saved the day. The location was convenient to the beach and Corolla’s attractions. The house was amazing! Everyone loved the pool and especially the hot tub. The rooms were spacious, the social areas were so cozy and well lit. A few of us sat outside on the top floor patio and watched shooting stars. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. Plenty of space for all us to spread out or snuggle up on the downstairs or upstairs levels. It is very nice home and everything was new and the photos are as advertised. Our family of five enjoyed everyone having a separate bedroom and bathroom with a large dining space for family dinners. There are many balconies and outdoor spaces to relax, not to mention the hot tub, pool, and tiki hut. We enjoyed the beach a short walk away and the stores and dining options nearby in Corolla. The layout upstairs was wonderful and great for a large group. Fantastic furniture and decor throughout the home made made the trip feel like a true getaway. The beds are very comfortable and views from all rooms beautiful. The extra fridge downstairs was great to have and would be awesome in the summer for bbqs. So sad we were here out of season and couldn’t use the pool but loved being able to see it lit up at night and we were still able to use the tiki hut area. Noticed the home came with a ton of beach stuff for in season visitors. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe and great for walking. Enjoyed seeing the deer in evenings. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance one could need. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and love into this home to make it enjoyable for everyone. It would be fantastic for families but I think the amount of stairs would be hard for elderly. The owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. Not sure I have ever received a more well put together informational booklet on a home- very much appreciated. We hope to return to this home again! ##### Jessica D. What a beautiful, comfortable home away from home at the beach. This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first.
