Located adjacent to the community pool, ideal for swimming laps, and is a short walk to Food Lion, upscale shops, restaurants, family entertainment and Buck Island's private beach cabana facilities including restrooms and life guards.  
  
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private enclosed courtyard insuring seclusion and relaxation with a hot tub, lounge chairs and hammock. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a Double Bed that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen, Day Bed, Trundle and TV/DVD. Enclosed garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 cruiser bikes with gears and sand toys.  
  
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and a private sitting room with pocket doors and lounge chairs. Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.  
  
Top Level: Great room with new Samsung 50" 4K Smart TV/Samsung Blu-Ray Theater System with Netflix, amazon, Hulu and HBO subscriptions, cathedral ceilings with faux painted light blue sky with soft white clouds welcomes the bright morning sunrise. Fireside living room offers comfortable lounging to enjoy your favorite music connected via Bluetooth to the Samsung Sound bar. Well-equipped chef's kitchen with new stainless steel kitchen appliances including GE convection range with warming drawer. Kitchen features Corian topped breakfast bar seating 4, U-Line wine captain storage for 24 bottles and professional Calphalon cookware. Adjacent dining room seats 8. Mix margaritas, cosmopolitans or open your favorite bottle of wine from the large wet bar with beverage center, faux painted as beach cabana tent and seating for 3. Slider doors lead to the piazza offering outside dining for 4 with canvas umbrella, conversational area with 4 lounge chairs and overlooks courtyard and elevated views of Buck Islands wildlife areas.  
  
Extras: Hot Tub (6), 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, stereo/CD, surround sound, wireless high speed internet access, hammock, outside shower, gas & charcoal grills, wet bar with beverage center, wine steward, bikes, Solo Bonfire Pit, community water, parking for 3 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Buck Island Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  
  
Gas fireplace in photos is not available to renters.  
  
Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
