Inside you'll find the Recroom with deck access, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave, pool table, foosball table and half bath with outside access. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/DVD and a Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV/DVD.  
  
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, large master bath with double vanity and deck access, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and a large master bath with double vanity and whirlpool tub, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the hallway), 2 Queen Bedrooms with flat-screen TV/DVD and the laundry area with washer and dryer.  
  
Top Level: Vaulted Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD, surround sound, gas fireplace, deck access and elevated ship's watch with Queen Sleeper Sofa and stunning ocean views, desk and fax machine. Dining area seating 8 with amazing ocean views, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4 and a half bathroom. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Pool heated by AquaCal heat pump which heats the pool in the off-season and cools the pool in-season; ambient air temperature of 45 degrees needed to heat the pool. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.  
  
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  
  
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. \*This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.  
  
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The house was in a great location and communicating with property management was easy. However the property was in need of a deep cleaning. The grill was so bad we had to ask management company to send someone back before we would cook on it. Overall was a good experience but pretty disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

WE PAID FOR A HEATED PRIVATE POOL THE HEATER DIDN'T WORK. THE HOUSE WAS NOT VERY CLEAN DEAD FLIES ON THE FLOORS OVERHEAD FANS WERE FILTHY. PANS HAD BAKED ON FOOD. NO LANDSCAPER FOR THE ENTIRE 14 DAYS. LEAVES EVERYWHERE. CINDY THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS UNCOOPERTIVE. SHE FINALLY OFFERED PASSES TO THE FITNESS CENTER 10 MINUTES AWAY. SOME FAMILY LEFT EARLY.JUST A POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH BAD MAINTENANCE.
