    Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.





    Pool is available seasonally from late May through late September, depending on weather and HOA schedule. If you're visiting during May or September, please contact us to confirm pool availability for your stay.

Beyond our expectations! The property was pristine, and had everything we needed. Location was amazing. Everything was close, including the beach. We felt nurtured and returned feeling happy and well rested. Tbe host responded promptly to any questions. What you see advertised is truly what you get. We hated to leave.

Great place great location

The house was very clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our trip easier. The location could not be beat, with a pool inside the community and within walking distance to the beach. There’s a place to stop and rinse off on the way back from the beach and the beach is handicap accessible which made it easy for pulling a wagon with our toddler. The restaurant on site was also great. We had margaritas delivered to the pool and they were excellent. Great trip and would definitely return.
