The living room is bright and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views. And speaking of views, head up to the rooftop deck to take in the breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and neighboring nature preserve. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine after dinner.



If you're looking for some entertainment, the home has plenty to offer. The movie theater is perfect for movie nights, while the game room, with a pool table, arcade machine, and card table, provides hours of friendly competition for all ages. And don't forget about the heated pool and hot tub, which are just what you need to unwind after a long day on the beach. The bedrooms in the home are equally impressive, with 5 king rooms, a queen room, a twin room and a bunk room all with en-suite full bathrooms and smart TVs.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction. Additionally, the HOA does not permit grills on decks so please do not bring a portable grill**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $300 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!



Other Things to Note:

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
