August 2018 Stay

This was our 1 st trip to corolla in the summertime. We loved the house and the view of the sound! The sunsets were georgeous!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was close enough to walk to the beach and all of the amenities there were excellent. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. We took an hour to do a general cleaning ( crumbs, sand), and then we could enjoy this wonderful house.

We were 100 percent happy with our stay in E Z Duz It! This home is very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained! You can definitely relax and unwind. We loved the views of the sound and wonderful sunsets! The pool area was great and the color changing pool lights were fun! The kitchen has spacious countertops and we found everything we needed to make our meals. Beds and couches were all very comfortable! We will definitely stay at this home again!

August 2016 Stay

Great house and great service from Village Realty. Excellent location with short bike ride to beach, restaurants and more. Picture is sunset view of the bay from the path behind the house. House was well-appointed and nicely decorated. Outdoor area was pretty with a great pool and hot tub, all with bay views. We appreciated the gas grill on the upper level right by the kitchen, and the double dishwashers were a bonus. Outside sound system was also great, although we couldn't get any of our devices to connect with Bluetooth. Only challenge was the bunk room, which had very noisy beds with thin mattresses. Occupant of that room definitely drew the short straw as all other beds were great. An update to those beds would make this place absolutely perfect for two families with older kids.
