House seems like a full time rental where owners don’t stay at all. Pictures listed of CC157 are very old and don’t show the current damage and cleanliness of property. My Fiancé has an issue with cleanliness immediately and we spent about 3 hours vacuuming, mopping and throwing away old beer bottles and water bottles scattered through out. Called staff which were responsive yet cleaning was completed prior to their arrival on scene. (Not a good way to start vacation) Location and main floor layout is nice but the crazy previous parties have damaged a lot that remains unfixed. All pool cues were broken and table slate uneven. Left a review of the very poor cleanliness and damage day 2, left my phone number, never heard from anyone. Stayed with Beach reality last year and unless village reality cares to mend anything we would not stay with their rentals again. That is our overall groups opinion, we don’t have OCD standards and when we travel we typically seek location and good to upscale quality when booking.
