The owners of this home make you feel very comfortable like your own home. The fact that every bedroom had their own bathroom was a plus. This house had everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and every utensil you could think of and several blenders, crockpots and coffee pots (one being a Keurig). The house was big enough that if you wanted to be alone you could as there were many balconies. The arcade game, horseshoes, cornhole and the pool were a hit. This house has many steps inside but we didn’t mind as it gave us everyday exercise. I definitely would rent this house again due to the quiet area and the amenities it provides. The rental company made the check-in process as painless as possible and their communications were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and it was a nice, short walk to the beach. I dock the property one star for two reasons: one, the outside really needs a good cleaning. I walked straight into far too many spiderwebs on an almost daily basis. A property that is used so regularly shouldn’t have so many spiderwebs at busy areas. Also, we could not get the grill to work. We have two professional cooks in the family and none of us could fire it up as the grill on the deck looked nothing like what was noted in the binder with instructions on how to operate. It was also full of a few spiderwebs and looked like it hadnt been used in some time. Shame on us though for not looking into this before our sixth day there. We used a griddle instead that was provided for us; it got the job done, but it sure was messy. Despite these two issues, we would still rent this property again. It’s hard to not enjoy yourself while you’re in Corolla. Highly recommended that you spend two hours on a wild horse tour if you don’t have a 4x4 for the 4x4 beach which was maybe five minutes away from the house. ##### Michael K.
