Furniture was very comfortable Kitchen amenities were fantastic. Had every you might need and more. Lower floor king bed was very uncomfortable but they did bring extra mattress pads which sort of helped. Housekeeping was great. The pool was supposed to be ready for use starting in April but was very cloudy on May 21st. I called 4 days in a row and they finally told me the chemicals were fine. However , we did not go into the pool bc we had a 2 year old and my daughter was pregnant. The pool never improved (I have dated pictures and also a picture of the clear water in the neighbors pool) and you could see chemicals laying on our pool steps, etc. We were told the pool person would vacuum it out but they never came. Communication with maintenance about the pool was terrible. If the chemicals were working the water would have cleared up slowly. We wanted to use pool bc the winds were 20-30 miles at the beach. The property managers are doing the owners a disservice but not properly servicing the pool. The hot tub was great so that helped. The weather was nice enough to not use heat or cooling but there were only a few screens on the windows and we didn’t want to let any bugs in. ##### William E. Stayed 7 nights in May 2023 ---
