Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and nestled amongst the trees, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for your family and friends. It's also dog-friendly and allows 1 dog max, which means your pup can enjoy a beach vacation as well! Located just steps to the sea, the closest beach access is just a quick 3-minute (0.1 mile) walk away. Close by, you can also easily stroll to the community tennis court, just a 2-minute walk away. The fenced-in ground level of this home features a bubbly hot tub for the adults to relax in after a long day in the sun. There's also a fire pit in the backyard with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores with the kiddos, two grills (one charcoal and one gas), a fish cleaning station with sink, and enclosed outdoor shower. However the hot tub was non functional due to over chlorination (caused all 5 family members to cough and wheeze). Although we called to have it taken care of, the situation was never rectified and the hot tub was unusable for the entire week. It would have been nice to be able to use it on rainy days.
