However, the house is not as new or clean as it looks in the photos. The cleaning was not super thorough, we found trash left in the interior trash cans and in the yard. The pool table room is unusable. It’s not attached to the backyard and is so hot and dirty. You could see the ocean from the top decks which was very nice.
