We had a great time for a week there. Very relaxing time and the staff were always very kind and friendly. The rooms were a little bit old fashioned but I keeping with the friendly atmosphere

The property is tired.
Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff.
Long waiting times for food.
Ordering systems that failed.
Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work.
Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing.
No obvious management.
Fabulous views, great weather.
Frustrating hotel.
We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer.
What a lost opportunity.

"I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think carefully before booking. Our original room was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of damp that triggered my asthma.
