It has a 45 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Main floor: \- A 45 m² living room with sofas and armchairs including a convertible sofa, TV (for DVD player only), fireplace (wood provided) \- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 2 with bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC Ground floor : \- Bedroom 3 with double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 4 with pull-out bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer. Outside: \- An unenclosed, sloping garden of 500 m² with a pond on the upper part of the plot and a flat area to the side of the house. \- A 40 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : \- Hiking: many signposted trails start from Cornimont, including the Bouchot waterfall. \- Mountain biking and cycling on the Vosges trails: there are routes to suit all levels to enjoy the scenery. \- Skiing and tobogganing at La Bresse-Hohneck: the largest ski resort in the Vosges is just 10 minutes away. \- Tree climbing and zip lines at Bol d'Air Aventure \- Lac de Gérardmer and Lac des Corbeaux: water sports, walks and picnics in the heart of nature.
