  • Beautiful newly renovated OCEAN-FRONT cottage on .75 of an acre! Enjoy morning coffees from your Adirondack chair on the large 2-tiered DECK, sunrise/sunsets are spectacular! Stroll/beach comb the BEACH right from the edge of the property. PICNIC table/BARBECUE are on the deck & FIRE PIT at the waters edge. Open concept with modern fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with SMART TV and fireplace. This COZY retreat is very quiet and private. Perfect for any type of vacation or getaway! New for 2024 is a mini-split, just installed, to provide an air conditioned space in the summer months.
