Great hotel in the Corlu area! The room was big and bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant next door has changed and no longer an Irish pub. It is now an upscale restaurant with great food. A bit on the pricey side but it’s different cuisine.

I was offered the dinner and breakfast included with my stay and I was very disappointed in what I was served especially for dinner. Soup and a frozen style pizza that was terrible. The service in the dining area was poor. The room was ok except for being close to the freeway where you can hear the road during the night. I was on the first floor so maybe if i was higher it would have been more quiet. Its a good business hotel but avoid the food.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but like most other places they use the powder orange mix instead of real fresh orange juice. The room was quiet. The bed mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows were huge and hard. I will still return again

All good in general. But certain things are not going in the right direction from previous stays: Hvac didn't work. The TV, the room phone, and the fridge didn't work. Prices for certain items at the restaurant have gone way up.

More comfortable Hotel, very adeguate for working trip. Only issue regarding the payment of breakfast that was included in the reservation but during check-out receptionist want to be payed anyway. This trouble was solved after 1 day thnks to Hotel.com assistance.

Super friendlly, knowledgeable and very helpful front desk staff Yagiz, Burak, Ahmet and the young gentleman with braces that I didn’t get his name. From housekeeping Saime is a true gem and should be recognized for outstanding customer service! Saime, Yagiz,Burak,Ahmet and the gentleman at the front desk with the braces always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome at the Hotel as well as the food and beverage manager and 2 gentlemen breakfast servers. Thanks for the warm Turkish hospitality!

What’s not to like at the Hilton Garden Inn Corlu. From security, to the front desk staff, breakfast and housekeeping staff everyone was so friendly! I would especially like to thank the front desk team Yagiz, Burak, Ahmet, and the young man with the braces(I didn’t get his name) for being especially sincere, understanding and helpful. Those gentlemen working at the front desk have a great understanding of customer service and are a great asset to the hotel! Saime from housekeeping was such a delight! Always greeted us with a warm smile and always asked if we needed anything and the room was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was delicious and had many varieties and the gentleman servers were very nice and never had a “mean face”.Thank you for your warm Turkish Hospitality!

This hotel is not bad in general. The staff is nice but necessary to improve the communication level in English at the evening/night shift. My room was at 3rd floor but unfortunately air conditioning was not working and obliged me to open the window on the main street for some air. Wifi connection was too poor and definitely not possible to connect a laptop or even a mobile phone. Good breackfast, but restaurant and bar close too early in the evnening (at 10 was not possible to eat anything at all). Maintenance in the room to be improved. All in all good for one night but service is inadequate for the price and level offered.

Resepsiyonda Hotels.com sitesinden aldığımız büyük yataklı odayı vermediler, sistemlerinde olmadığı bahanesi ile. Bu sebeple eşleniği olduğunu iddia ettikleri ayrı ve birleştirilemez iki yatağa sahip twin odayı almak zorunda kaldık. Bu aslında sizi de bağlayıcı bir durum, çünkü uygunluk durumu için teyit aldınız. Arabamızı kendi öngörülerimiz ile otel yakınında bir yere park edebildik, girişte yardım alabileceğimiz kimse bulunmuyordu. Lavabo ve duşta sular çok yavaş bir şekilde akıyordu. Yolumuzu değiştirip gecenin bir vakti bu tesisi kullandığımız için hiç memnun olmadık.

Dss Hotel ist sehr gut. Leider etwas laut da auf beiden Hotelseitem schnellstrassen vorbeiführen. In der Umgebung kann man nichts machen da es in einem Industrieviertel liegt.

Konaklama Deneyimim Oldukça iyi

Deneyimim oldukça olumluydu. Çok temiz bir oda ve oldukça sessiz. İhtiyaç duyduğum saç kurutma makinesi, ütü ve masası olması çok iyiydi. Sadece odanın kliması düzgün çalışmadığı için gece epey sıcak oldu.
