The property, however, is just awful. Spartan, run-down, and gloomy. The threadbare mattress and single wafer-thin pillow on each bed made it virtually impossible to sleep, especially in a room right over a busy, noisy road. Furniture in the common room was worn and uncomfortable. Shower heads essentially spit hard water at you, and ceilings in the shower were moldy. Reception closes at 7:30, after which there's a warden on the property who can let you in if you've locked yourself out (easy to do with their confusing key-fob system), but can't help you with anything else. Inside of main door to apartment could do with an extra inside lock but what we had was fine.
