We all got rest and have own privacy and plenty of room to roam. The location is nearby to bus stop and there's grocery store next door. One of the best place we ever stayed. The property, however, is just awful. Spartan, run-down, and gloomy. The threadbare mattress and single wafer-thin pillow on each bed made it virtually impossible to sleep, especially in a room right over a busy, noisy road. Furniture in the common room was worn and uncomfortable. Shower heads essentially spit hard water at you, and ceilings in the shower were moldy. Reception closes at 7:30, after which there's a warden on the property who can let you in if you've locked yourself out (easy to do with their confusing key-fob system), but can't help you with anything else.
