Comfortable bed, close to the train, need hooks

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was clean, safe and comfortable. There were no hooks anywhere, especially in the bathroom, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

host was good at communication, and check in was simple and easy to followThe apartment is basic and due to its position might not be the best for a woman on her own. It was clean and met my needs.Thank fully the weather was warm but as one of the heaters was broken I could have been cold.Generally cheaply furnished, which suited me fine but might be worth considering depending on what you want. It was fine as a city break. and not very many stairs as previously suggested - one flight easy to manage

The place was very little but comfortable. However, the noise from the street made it very difficult to sleep. It was on a major street so lots of traffic. It was walkable to the main parts of Cork. The host was quick to communicate with us regarding our parking request. We would suggest having a portable fan as it gets hot in the place.

We had no idea when we booked that parking for free was next to impossible. Then at check in we were told the apartment was on the top floor. I’m 65 and my husband is 69 and the stairs were narrow and there were a lot of them. Our bags were heavy and it was so difficult to get up the stairs and make the narrow turns. To top it off, it was a cool night, the bed was hard as a rock, very low to the floor and there was one blanket (a throw) that only covered one of us!

Not fit for habitation. Painting the whole house. Health and safety risk. Spent the whole of first day trying to contact owner. Impossible. Then VRBO who promised full refund. Still waiting for that. Apart from the painting the bedsheets and bathroom mat were flithy.
