Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. It’s a really nice apartment in a historic building in the old Lecce. The location is very safe and convenient to explore the old town. There is also a street parking within 5 min walk, which was very helpful. Desideria is wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
