"The street noise is quite noticeable. The room did not have a small fridge and I had to request one. The floor in the room was heavily scratched and chipped. The gym was small and basic. Breakfast was just OK.I was expecting more and was a bit disappointed. Staff is great and helpful."

"The hotel was clean, which was definitely a positive. However, the breakfast was very poor and the facilities were quite run-down and in need of maintenance. It’s a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential and, with some improvements and better upkeep, it could be a completely different experience. Unfortunately, the current condition of the facilities and the limited breakfast took away from what could have been a much better stay."

"Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum."
