The living room includes a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, a coffee table, Smart TV, and a dining table for up to 4 guests. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential neighborhood in Córdoba, offering a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic center is only 2 km away and easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop located near the apartment.
