Located in a newly built modern building with only 8 high-quality apartments, this property offers access to an exceptional communal swimming pool (open from April 1st to November 1st) and a private garage within the building. Upon entering, a hallway leads to a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing in the open air. The room includes a comfortable sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), coffee table, Smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. To the right of the hallway is the main bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a built-in wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a large and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is located in Córdoba’s exclusive Arruzafa residential area, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The apartment was absolutely fine, very quit area, blinds for a good night's sleep. Everything was available, what was needed, secure parking included and two supermarkets in walking distance. All good. The only issues to "complain" is the oven. Unfortunately, very loud and did not really heat up, so the frozen pizza was not really good to warm up.
