### Comfortable, modern, easy and quiet

la casa tiene ambientes amplios, es comoda, relajada y con una decoracion moderna y ecletica. Tiene vistas a las sierras, y el barrio posee canchas de tenis y una surtida proveeduria dentro del barrio. Para los amantes del golf, esta muy cerca de las canchas de golf El Terron de Mendiolaza y Cordoba Golf Club en Villa Allende. En Villa Allende que esta a dos kilometros de distancia hay una variada oferta gastronomica.  
The house has spacious environments, is comfortable, relaxed and with a modern and eclectic decoration. It overlooks the mountains and the neighborhood (Estancia Q2) has tennis courts, paddle courts and a supply supply within the neighborhood. For golf lovers, it is very close to the EL Terron golf courts in Mendiolaza and Cordoba Golf Club at Villa Allende. At Villa Allende, which is two kilometers away, there is a varied gastronomic offer.  
The space  
The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with two simple beds, all en suite. The reception is very spacious and has a playroom with TV65'. The gallery is spacious, has a large grill and a Tromen gas oven, and is repaired from the sun and wind and overlooking a large pool (10mts x 5 meters) being nestled in height gives a feeling of enormous spaciousness.
